About

Broga Produce was established in 2006 and is based on the Isle of Anglesey, North Wales. After studying at the Welsh College of Horticulture, Sue Elvin set about developing a range of salad mixes from the best lettuce cultivars. Broga has continued to go from strength to strength and now supplies numerous good quality establishments in the hotel and restaurant trade.



Produce

We grow a selection of the best varieties of lettuce, combining them to make premium quality salad leaf mix with the main focus on colour, texture and most importantly flavour. Our salads are made up of complete leaves, allowing our customers flexibility with regards to how they are presented. We also grow and supply watercress and a variety of herbs which, like our salads, are picked to order.

All our lettuce and watercress is grown hydroponically in a gentle flow of water, ensuring a soil free environment that produces clean, fresh leaves. Our products are supplied as the following and are ideal for restaurants, cafes, vegetable box schemes, weddings and corporate events:



Mixed Salad (110g & 250g) – A combination of salad leaves and watercress.
Herb Salad (110g & 250g) – A combination of salad leaves, herbs and watercress.



Delivery

All our products are picked to order. Our main delivery days are Tuesdays and Fridays, from March to December. There is a minimum order of 2x250g bags or 6 x110g bags in the Bangor and Anglesey area. For orders outside the Bangor and Anglesey area, please contact us.
